Analysis of the Entrepreneur Ngengang Venceslas Mohmoh

Ngengang Venceslas Mohmoh founded the Alpha Omega Foundation in mid-2023, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing healthcare for the less privileged. With a significant background in the medical field, he possesses the information and resources necessary to venture into the healthcare enterprise. As the Head of the Department at ISPA BILINGUAL UNIVERSITY and a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Quality Control Officer, Mohmoh holds numerous positions that reflect his extensive knowledge. Among his peers with less experience, he is less prone to common mistakes such as misdiagnosing symptoms and providing biased information.

Founding an organization, especially in the healthcare field, is extremely challenging. Any mistake could be fatal and harm one’s reputation. However, Mohmoh’s passion and experience are key to his success. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he worked as a medical laboratory scientist for 5 years and as a community health volunteer for 7 years, receiving extensive hands-on training in medicine. He has built an industry network that he can rely on daily, including connections with well-known organizations such as UNESCO and the UN.

Ngengang Venceslas Mohmoh is deeply committed to his community and those in need. According to him, “I believe everyone has the right to quality diagnostics, quality health, and quality education.” His empathy and faith guide his work, and these powerful attributes have helped him through difficult times. He envisions the future and sets out plans to achieve them, persevering and avoiding demoralization. One of his goals is to initiate and promote a crowdfunding campaign for a Hepatitis B and C testing project, aiming to test and vaccinate 1,000+ locals to prevent the spread of these diseases (“AAE Mentor Guides Community Health Social Entrepreneur in Cameroon”).
